What can I find on Claritelo?
Claritelo is one of the information sites run by The Nelson M Group LLC. Everything on it is clinical trial information, written for ordinary readers.
Is Claritelo a medical provider, study team or recruiter?
No, we are a reading resource. Claritelo does not recruit for any study, and nothing on it is medical, legal or financial advice.
Where do I go with a health concern?
To your own doctor, not to us. If it feels urgent, call 911.
Do you sell products or open accounts?
No. We publish information only.
Can you decide my eligibility?
No.
Will I be signed up for texts automatically?
No. Texts are optional, with two separate unchecked boxes. You can sign up without ticking either one.
Can I cancel the text messages?
Reply STOP to any text. Reply HELP for help. You can also email [email protected].
What happens after I sign up?
A first guide on your chosen topic by email (only if you give one), and, if you ask for them, short texts that link back to the same guides.
Will you text me all the time?
Expect up to roughly 8 texts a month; message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply.
How can I remove my information?
Use the unsubscribe link in any email, or write to [email protected].
Can I sign up without an email, phone or ZIP code?
No. Leave the email, mobile and ZIP boxes empty if you like. We ask only for your name, a topic and agreement to the privacy terms.
Do you share my details with sponsors or research sites?
No. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with study sponsors, research sites, recruiters, lead buyers or other partners. The Privacy Policy covers how we handle what you send.
Will you match me with a study or a research site?
No. We do not recommend, rank or match you with studies, sponsors or sites. Public registries list studies, and your doctor can help you read them.
Do you check whether I am eligible?
No. We never review anyone’s health information. We explain the ideas, and the study team makes any decision.
